Welshampton Church - St Michael and All Angels' Church
At the heart of the village of Welshampton stands the church of St Michael and All Angels - one of the most notable features of the village. With its 'round house' gable and beautiful lychgate, the church was described at its consecration in 1863 as "one of the prettiest ecclesiastical architecture of which this or any other country can boast". High praise indeed!
Today Welshampton is a thriving rural church with modern facilities and a respect for the inheritance handed on from previous generations of the faithful.
We value the strong, well established links that we have with St Michael and All Angels'.
We celebrate the main Christian festivals in church. Throughout the year these include: Harvest Festival, Remembrance, Christmas, Mothering Sunday and Easter.
